Morning and Evening Group Times Available
We will have a morning ladies group and an evening ladies group:
- Morning Group: Golfing and socializing (about 50/50). All ages and abilities are welcome!
- 8:30: Coffee in the Lounge
- 9:00: Shotgun start. Will be a scramble based on # of participants
- 11:30: Lunch to follow TBD
- Evening Group: Socializing and Golfing (about 80/20)
- 5:30 Shotgun start. Will be a scramble based on # of participants.
Men’s League at GCGC occurs on Tuesday nights at 5:30 pm. This is a 2-person league, but some teams do rotate amongst 3 players. There are both gross and net (handicapped) competitions each night. The cost for the league is $150/player for the year, and the funds are paid out to the weekly winners. Interested in playing? Please send an email to golfcourse@grinnell.edu.
The Grinnell High School Boys will be hosting area schools for an 18-hole stroke play event.
Pioneer Men will host Central College in a dual meet at GCGC.
Game time has been announced at 8:30 pm for Iowa vs South Carolina!
From sportswriter Keith Murphy: Undeafeted defending champ SC has last year’s national player of the year, Aliyah Boston. Iowa features this year’s likely winner, Caitlyn Clark. This game has potential for tournament ratings record.
