The Goat

August 13th and 14th

In the early 1900’s many country clubs had “goat trophies”.  Players would play during the year collecting coins, and at the end of season, the winner would receive “The Goat Trophy”.  We happen to have one of the original trophies from 1915, dating back 111 years ago!

In present day, the G.O.A.T. is commonly referenced now as the Greatest of All Time.  Why not bring this back alongside one of our favorite events, the Member-Guest!

We will have this 2-day member-guest style event on Friday, August 13th, and Saturday, August 14th with an optional practice round on Thursday, August 12th. Glen Sieck is helping organize this event alongside his nephew and GCGC employee Colton Sieck.  Please reach out with interest, or better yet, fill out the RSVP form below.

Format

• 24, 2-player teams
• 3, 9-hole matches on Friday (lunch included)
• 2, 9-hole matches on Saturday followed by a shootout (lunch included)
• $500/team
