Our Catering team has prepared 3 signature dishes for this holiday season. Take a look!
- Winter Wonderland ~ $34.95/person
- Winter salad with pomegranate seeds, champagne vinaigrette.
- Tender winter greens tossed with our house made champagne vinaigrette.
- Roast Turkey with sage dressing served with mashed redskin potatoes, gravy, green beans with red peppers butter, house made parker house rolls and butter.
- Red Velvet cupcakes with peppermint.
- The Nutcracker ~ $39.95/person
- Winter Citrus salad with Endive, escarole fresh seasonal citrus fruit tossed with toasted pecans, dried cranberries and parmesan lace. House made vinaigrette.
- Fig glazed porkloin with fig balsamic sauce, maple roasted sweet potatoes and braised red cabbage with bacon, onions and grape must.
- Croquembouche, house made cream puffs with assorted fillings serves the whole table to share.
- A Taste of Home ~ $44.95/person
- Winter greens with spiced pecans.
- Fresh blend of winter greens, spiced pecans, orange segments, goat cheese tossed with orange vinaigrette.
- Roast Prime rib with mushroom crust, buttermilk mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables.
- Plum pudding with hard sauce.
