We would love the opportunity to discuss hosting your next event.  We host meetings, receptions, weddings, and more!  Audio/Visual (A/V), bartenders, and cleanup are included in all costs. Here are the seating capacities and costs you can expect:
  • Lounge:  Our Manhattan Lounge offers some of the best vistas in Grinnell.  Enjoy seating for up to 45 in this beautiful room.  Want it to be more social?  We can remove seating and add pub tables for a group up to 75.
    • Full Day Rental:  $500
    • Half Day Rental (4 hrs):  $350
  • Banquet Room:  Our recently renovated banquet room offers a flexible space that can be set up for formal dining or business meetings.  The space has a projector, screen, podium, 2 microphones, and a lapel mic.  Seating can be up to 125 if expanded to the dance floor or room for 150 for a social.
    • Full Day Rental:  $600
    • Half Day Rental (4 hrs):  $425
  • Upper Level:  We will reserve the Lounge, Banquet Room, Dance Floor, Fireplace Room, and covered Patio for your event.
    • Weddings:  Access at 6 pm Friday – Sunday at Noon ~ $1,500
    • Full Day Rental:  $750
    • Half Day Rental:  $525
