Year-round Vitality
GCGC had historically operated on 3 different operational seasons throughout a given year. The “prime season” from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the “shoulder season” which were the spring and fall golf months, and the “off season” which were the winter months when only the Pro Shop was open and the event space for special events.
The difficulty of this model is that our fixed costs continue to accumulate over 12 months. We have invested in The 1899 Lounge, are making adjustments to our food offerings, and look forward to having programming during our “Indoor Season”. This will help create customer access and vitality 12 months/year. Watch for more details as we get closer to some of these events!
- Simulator Leagues starting the first week in November.
- Lil Duffers Golf Academy on Saturday mornings.
- High School Golf Open Gyms on Sunday evenings.
- Halloween Party: Saturday, October 31st.
- Harvest Dinner: Thursday, November 5th.
- Brunch with Santa: Saturday, December 12th.
- Snowflake Soiree: Saturday, January 23rd.
- Super Bowl Party: Sunday, February 14th.
- Watch Parties: Pioneers, Cyclones, Hawkeyes, and More!
- Simulator Golf Tournaments the first weekend of every month.
Operational Hours for the Indoor Season:
- Tuesday – Saturday: 10 am to 10 pm
- Sunday: 10 am to 6 pm.
