DESCRIPTION:November to March\nWe are very excited to expand our clubhouse availability to year-round use!  The addition of our simulators will enable GCGC to provide programming and events during what we used to refer to as the “off season”. \nAs part of the programming\, we will be having a 15-week simulator league. Your team will have weekly\, handicapped matches that can be played at any time! This will provide a flexible and enjoyable playing experience that is open to everyone. We will pick courses from around the world to be played on TrackMan’s Virtual Golf 3\, a unmatched playing experience! \n \nThe format will be as follows: \n\nTeam Size:  2\nHandicap:  Yes\, 75% of a GHIN handicap or we will help you establish one if you do not have a GHIN.\nTees:  Men 59 & Over middle tee area\, Men 60 & Over forward men’s tee\, ladies play from the red tees.\nAlternating Weekly Format of:  Scramble (also known as Best Shot)\, Better Ball (your best ball on each hole between you and your partner\, and Greensome (Selective Drive\, Alternate Shot).\nCost:  $150/person league fund + simulator fees. 100% of the league fund will be paid out via club credit. If you would like a simulator pass and do not have one\, please reach out to the Pro Shop.\nTee times can be made online or by calling the Pro Shop. SUMMARY:The Goat
DESCRIPTION:The Goat\nAugust 13th and 14th\nIn the early 1900’s many country clubs had “goat trophies”.  Players would play during the year collecting coins\, and at the end of season\, the winner would receive “The Goat Trophy”.  We happen to have one of the original trophies from 1915\, dating back 111 years ago! \nIn present day\, the G.O.A.T. is commonly referenced now as the Greatest of All Time.  Why not bring this back alongside one of our favorite events\, the Member-Guest! \nWe will have this 2-day member-guest style event on Friday\, August 13th\, and Saturday\, August 14th with an optional practice round on Thursday\, August 12th.
